BIJVANCK PROJECTS PHASED PLAN:
Step 1: Taking stock of your company and your wishes
Our Cooking Product Specialist will draw up a thorough inventory of your wishes and the structural environment. Which areas are available to realise your wishes? Ergonomics, hygiene and safety are inspected. Is refurbishment desired or necessary, and what are the current bottlenecks? All information is gathered and then a proposal is drawn up based on our AutoCAD’s specified 3D drawings.
Step 2: Logistics – Presentation
Then we present our vision of the logistical route by means of a 3D presentation. This is a concrete proposal of the possible logistical connections within your company, from the receipt of goods to their allocation and consumption.
Step 3: Logistics – Kitchen
When discussing the plans, the location of the storage areas, the kitchen, the washing-up area etc. are determined together with you. Then we take a closer look at the specific conditions in the kitchen and the food -flow in the kitchen is shown in more detail. Where do the various food products enter the kitchen, how are they processed and where are they stored? Thus a clear picture arises of the work that needs to be executed. We also have a Dishwasher Product Specialist who can offer extensive advice.
Step 4: Equipment
After the internal logistics within the premises and the kitchen have been determined, we can offer a specific guideline on the equipment. The items are specified in the detailed drawing. What equipment is required, what are the exact dimensions and what will the kitchen look like eventually? We will provide you with a detailed 3D CAD drawing of the installation including a front view and the cross-sections.
Step 5: Estimate
After the kitchen design has been “finalized” we will provide you with a detailed offer for all required materials and services, with a description of the technical details and the models of the offered equipment.
Step 6: Project supervision
Bijvanck Projects will supervise the project throughout its execution. A team of Bijvanck Projects specialists will supervise the entire course of execution. In doing so, Bijvanck Projects will attend to:
- Project coordination
- Drawing activities
- Measuring and inspecting the building site
- Delivery & fitting of the equipment
- Commissioning & instruction
- After Sales
